This video, originally shot by YT user @NottinghamPilot, and modified by us for inclusion in a website article, shows a near miss between a Cherokee (where the video was shot) and an ultralight. The Pilot was on the tail end of a flight from Le Touquet to Nottingham City Airport.

UK's Airprox Board determined that neither pilot was at fault. However, regulations state that "...when two aircraft are on converging headings at approximately the same height, the aircraft that has the other on its right shall give way".
