These sessions are extremely effective at sharing your expertise, providing a genuine service, and qualifying those attending as potential customers.
Managing the RSVPs for events can be time consuming. Phone calls and/or emails often come at a rate that compromises on your ability to focus on your everyday business obligations, and processing the invitation as it arrives can be problematic when you’re dealing with customers. Additionally, the effort required to consolidate data from multiple sources potentially results in processing errors. There are commercial solutions to this problem, but none that allow a fully self-branded online solution coupled with dedicated phone support for those that would like to attend (not to mention the ongoing associated costs of such a service). For this reason, and further to the event module built into our client plugin, we now provide free telephone bookings via a dedicated and fully-managed 1300 phone service at 1300RSVPME (the free service applies during the term of our initial relationship).
Registrations made online or via telephone support (or from those added manually) will all be consolidated into a single data source. This feature allows you to email all attendees, send text messages to all those attending, and manage registration on the night for efficient follow-up.
While we’ve held hundred of events that were managed with appropriate technology, the systems were a little tedious and often a little archaic. The new service simply improves upon our existing workflow by providing trouble-free and bullet-proof technology.
