Bank Fees and Charges

• Credit Card Annual Fee (Periodic), Amount: 45.00. Additional Information: Annual fee charged at the end of the month from the account opening, then every year at the end of anniversary month.

• Visa Chargeback Request Fee (Event), Amount: 25.00. Additional Information: When a cardholder raises a dispute relating to a card transaction.

• Statement Retrieval Fee (Event), Amount: 2.50. Additional Information: Fee applies for statements over 12 months old. Payable on request to issue a copy of a previously issued statement.

• Declined Emergency Visa Card Fee (Event), Amount: 70.00. Additional Information: Payable if your emergency card request is declined.

• Visa Foreign Currency Conversion Fee (Transaction), Amount: 0.00. Additional Information: 3% of the transaction value in AUD. When you use your Visa Credit or Debit card in a foreign currency either online or at a merchant point of sale outside or in Australia. Please refer to our website for more information.

• Card Replacement - Standard Fee (Event), Amount: 10.00. Additional Information: For the replacement of a lost or damaged Visa Credit card.

• Card Replacement - Urgent Fee (Event), Amount: 50.00. Additional Information: For the urgent replacement of a lost or damaged Visa Credit card.

• Emergency Card Replacement - Approved Fee (Event), Amount: 320.00. Additional Information: For the issue of a temporary emergency Visa Credit card, to temporarily replace a lost, stolen or damaged Visa Credit card.

• Late Payment Notification Fee (Event), Amount: 5.00. Additional Information: When payment to a credit card becomes overdue by 11 and 30 days.

• Notice Of Demand Fee (Event), Amount: 75.00. Additional Information: When payment to a credit card becomes overdue by 46 days.

• Management Administration Fee (Event), Amount: 50.00. Additional Information: When payment to a credit card becomes overdue by more than 90 days.

• Collection Agent Administration Fee (Event), Amount: 100.00. Additional Information: Payable when you are in arrears for more than 90 days and we choose to engage an external collection agent.
