Bank Fees and Charges

• Settlement Fee (Upfront), Amount: 350.00.

• Title Search Fee (Variable), Amount: 0.00. Additional Information: Payable when we require information from the Land Titles Office in connection with your credit contract. Charged at cost.

• Further Application Fee (Event), Amount: 300.00. Additional Information: Payable when you ask us to increase the amount of credit.

• Special Attendance Fee (Event), Amount: 300.00. Additional Information: per attendance plus any amounts incurred by us in attending such requests, such as valuation fees, mortgage insurance premium, lender s risk and processing fee, legal costs, document custodian charges, titles office fees and electronic processing fees all of which are unascertainable at the disclosure date.

• Variation Fee (Event), Amount: 300.00. Additional Information: Payable when we agree to any request by you to vary the terms of your credit contract (including varying your interest rate or switching product types).

• Arrears Fee (Event), Amount: 40.00. Additional Information: Payable in each instance you are in default under this contract. This fee will be debited to your loan account on the next business day.

• Insurance Collection Fee (Event), Amount: 40.00. Additional Information: Payable in addition to the premium, when we pay the premium for insurance over any security property on your behalf.

• Evidence Retrieval Fee (Event), Amount: 20.00. Additional Information: Applies where you request us to retrieve the paper item or evidence supporting a transaction. The fee is debited to your account when the required documentation is provided to you. Please note that the fee is not applicable where evidence shows that you did not initiate the transaction.

• Cheque Dishonour (inward) Fee (Event), Amount: 12.00. Additional Information: Applies where a cheque paid into your account with us is dishonoured. The fee is debited to your account on the date of dishonour.

• Duplicate Statement Fee (Event), Amount: 5.00. Additional Information: Payable for each duplicate paper copy of your monthly statement you request. Charged at the time of your request.

• Discharge Fee (Event), Amount: 395.00. Additional Information: Payable when we agree to discharge any security.

• Security Review Fee (Upfront), Amount: 275.00. Additional Information: Being the amount of costs and disbursements we have to pay a valuer for a valuation of any security. Fee may be waived for owner-occupied and residential investment lending where the loan-to-valuation ratio (LVR) is below 80%.

• Lender's Mortgage Insurance Premium (Variable), Amount: 0.00. Additional Information: Lenders mortgage insurance is generally required for loans where the loan-to-valuation ratio (LVR) is above 80%. The premium payable by you is the amount charged by the lenders mortgage insurer to provide us with lenders mortgage insurance in relation to your loan. The once-only premium amount can be advised at the time of application and will be payable when the loan is funded.

• Rate Lock Fee (Event), Amount: 500.00. Additional Information: Fee payable is $500 or 0.15% of the loan amount, whichever is lesser. Payable each time we agree to lock in an interest rate for a period of 90 days between the submission of your application and the settlement date to apply to any fixed rate period.

• Break Cost Fee (Variable), Amount: 0.00. Additional Information: Potentially payable if a fixed rate loan is repaid in full during a fixed rate period.

• Progress Inspection Fees (Variable), Amount: 0.00. Additional Information: Payable if we carry out a progress inspection of any security property. Normally only applicable for construction loans with the amount determined at the time of each inspection.

• Loan Documentation Costs (Upfront), Amount: 325.00. Additional Information: Additional costs may apply including, but limited to, situations where there is more than one residential security property in differing ownership or States, or where guarantees/trusts/companies entities are involved. Any additional costs will mirror those charged by our Solicitor. Fee may be waived on owner-occupied and residential investment lending where the loan-to-valuation ratio is below 80%

• Home Loan Application Fee (Upfront), Amount: 300.00. Additional Information: Fee only applies to residential investment lending (not owner-occupied lending) and may be waived where the loan-to-valuation ratio (LVR) is below 90%.
