• Min Age - 18.

• Other Additional Information: 1. To be eligible for HSBC Home Loan Package, you must have minimum borrowings of $150,000 and pay the annual package fee of $390. The package fee will be deducted from the loan proceeds at settlement, and charged to the package home loan on the first business day of the loan anniversary month. Excludes non-resident applications.

• Home Loan Package Fee (Periodic), Amount: 390.00. Additional Information: Payable when the home loan package has been selected, and the customer first draws on the loan, or enter the package through a variation; and annually in advance on the second business day of each settlement anniversary month of their loan. It is payable in addition to the monthly loan repayment. The Home Loan Package Fee is paid annually, in advance, and is not refundable. The fee applies per each borrowing entity which can include individual(s). This means if you have multiple loans with the same borrowing entity, you will pay only one Home Loan Package fee at settlement, and annually thereafter.On the other hand, if you have multiple loans with a different borrowing entity, you will be charged one Home Loan Package fee per borrowing entity at settlement, and annually thereafter.

• Lenders Mortgage Insurance (Variable), Amount: Not Listed.. Additional Information: For mortgage insured loans and when a customer first draws on their loan. This is the amount the insurer charges us, which we will charge to the customer.
