General Lending Rates

Rates listed below are for a FIXED Owner Occupied P&I product. Additional Information Owner occupier, principal and interest repayments only. Minimum new loan amount of $150,000, with a loan to valuation ratio of 60% of less. Eligibility for new borrower specials for customers seeking both fixed and variable rates will be based on the combined loan amount. A fixed rate break cost fee may be payable and equates to a reasonable estimate of our loss caused by the break.
