Digital Banking Additional Information: Apply for and manage your Up Home loan online through Up’s mobile banking application.

Extra Repayments Additional Information: For fixed rate loans, extra repayments are allowed up to $30,000 in total during the fixed rate period. Extra repayments above this limit may incur a prepayment fee. For variable rate loans, extra repayments are unlimited.

Offset Additional Information: Use your Up spending account and Savers as offsets.

Redraw Additional Information: Redraws are limited to the total amount prepaid, less one repayment. Other conditions may apply as per Loan Schedule and Home Loan Booklet.
