The Featured Product panel is a means to provide an array of information on a single product. The information may be shaped in numerous formats which is guided by the Elementor plugin options. As is expected from any finance professional, the rate data (and other product data) is always maintained to reflect the current rate.
Legacy Feature: Note that this Elementor feature is essentially 'retired', although it'll continue to be supported in various ways. The feature is replaced with the Featured Rates Panel, introduced in an FAQ titled "How to Use the Featured Rates Panel".
Just because the Featured Product panel is a legacy feature doesn't mean it isn't any good. There's a huge number of options and the result may be styled to your liking.
The Result
The result isn't totally unlike the Featured Rates Panel, with the exception that it is created exclusively in Elementor. An example of basic side-by-side rates is as follows (a clearly out of date image).
In many cases, such as a sidebar, you will want the rates stacked, and this is enabled via a toggle switch in the Elementor block.
Again, similar to the Featured Rates Panel, the rate block may be styled in a manner suited to a sidebar or similar.

Creating Rate Blocks with Elementor
You will find the 'Featured Product 
' block by searching 'featured' in Elementor. Drag the block onto the page and update as necessary.

Rather than introduce each option individually, it's easier to simply jump in and play with the widget yourself. it'll return a block exactly how you want it styled.
It doesn't need to be said that the rate data will always be up-to-date. Rate data is cached for 2-days on your website.
