How to Create or Update Microsoft Calendars in Yabber

Calendars play an important role on your website and in Yabber. They are used for form-related functions, social media, events, and general scheduling. While Yabber makes an attempt to keep your calendars up-to-date, there will occasionally be a need to create or update a calendar, synchronise a calendar, or delete a calendar. This FAQ describes the primary calendar panel options.

Calendar Functionality: Calendars play an important part in a large number of modules. Various other FAQs will reference when calendar integration is required.

Microsoft 365: All calendar functionality is integrated with Microsoft 365. The necessary permissions are normally assigned during account creation. Connectivity to Microsoft is required.

  Locating the Calendar Options

Calendar options are located by following the primary CRM menu, and then selecting the small calendar icon. The calendar panel will be returned.

Options are returned to Create Calendar, Synchronise, Delete and Review.

  Creating a Calendar

Calendar options are intuitive, so this FAQ is quite brief. However, we'll look at the process of creating a calendar.

Give your calendar a name, select the account where the calendar will be created, and select from the predefined MS calendar colours.

Click 'Save'. If Yabber was assigned the necessary privileges the calendar will be created immediately.

  Syncing and Deleting Calendars
