There are a number of issues with this ad but the one thing that irritates me more than anything is the ("exclusive") 'instant pre-approval' claim. The silly business-disqualifying quiz does absolutely nothing to support their claim (it returns nonsense data).
There's also the issue of the fake testimonials (that's a whole other story). The way they're written tends to support the 'perception' that they're an actual licenced brokerage (the small disclaimer in the page footer is pointless if the whole site is designed to counter reality).
We've inherited brokers that used this service and they were all horrified to learn how their money was spent. None profited from the experience.
Any broker that paid this group money has contributed towards building a fake broker brand that has introduced non-compliance into their operation... and they do this instead of investing in their own business.
Seriously, why do brokers pay hundreds for dud leads when they have the capacity to introduce amazing high-performing systems into their own operation (returning quality organic and promoted traffic) for a fraction of the cost? Even our free product - installed in about 1-minute on *your* own website - returns leads for less than 5% what you'll pay these jokers.
Stop buying leads - it's just dumb.
