First, what I'm suggesting won't be for everybody, but the second option - Power Automate (with our AI CRM connectors) - probably is.
Second, we're looking to completely open source everything we do so anybody can plug-and-play the solution we've created without cost.
What will the AI do? Everything. It manages applications, follow-up, marketing, social, populates major CRM system, apply online, product recommendations, repricing, outgoing and incoming phone calls, and reception. And more. For all intents and purposes, it is a highly-intelligent real-world human.
It is a self-hosted and fully-owned product. Turn on a PC, plug in in a few phone lines (via your NBN for a self-hosted VoIP system), plug a mobile into the USB port, and you have a system that communicates with you via an Android app while running your business.
Some won't want this, and for those people we've created flows for Microsoft's Power Automate that handles applications and general CRM management, such as automated document collection, apply online, and repricing. Better still, it works with Power Automate Desktop with AI Engine integration. And it'll be free. Power Automate options are excellent (you have access with MS365) and it's actually far more effective than anything on the market.

Like it or not, this is what the future looks like. Our objective is for brokers to own and operate their own stack and AI Agents - we don't like the fractional nature of cloud solutions, so our system will give you compliant ownership of your own data, and the AI is trained on *your* operation.
