We have about a dozen local locations we use for standard video shoots with brokers. Those video snippets that relate to Construction Loans were often shot on a hill at Willowdale in Sydney's southwest (high vantage overlooking registered blocks, construction, and Willowdale itself) . C19 and our imperial overlords put an end to this kind of work until recently, and yesterday I ended back at Willowdale for the first time in forever.

A couple of years on and my little hill no longer exists, and instead we had a few hundred extra homes with brand new communities taking its place (it's what time travel must feel like).

When I moved onto 5-acres eight years ago there was nothing but cows out here - it's amazing how the region is transforming.

Tip for brokers. Get our to these areas and talk to people. Chat to those looking at land, or those walking around display villages. Take a couple of microphones and talk to these people about their journey - they'll end up as a client. It's not uncommon to pick up 5-10 clients in a single day... and you'll get to know the display home sales people very well (not quite as easy as other methods, and you'll have to get your hands dirty, but it *always* works).
