Note to clients. We've had a good run with spam over the years, with few few spam messages making their way into Yabber. However, last week we had some slip through the cracks.
In response we've added a button to your 'Home' leads table. Clicking removes the entry and submits it for review. The insert (your primary leads and prospect data) shows system-detected and user-identied spam. A record may be migrated back into your active table if in error.
We've updated our proprietary spam engine and it'll continue to learn from messages received. However, you're unlikely to get many records via standard forms as each record is assessed against our own API before a lead is processed.
We've seen about 3500 genuine mortgage leads make their way into Yabber in the last week, and no spam managed to get through, so it's working nicely (thus far).
