From a marketing persepctive, the entire Microsoft suite is integrated with Yabber - not just email. We work with tasks, contacts, planner, Power Automate, calendars, and just about everything else.
MS365 integration ensures that we (and you) are compliant as a result of contractual terms, tenant configuration, account and access controls, data residency choices, mail routing/authentication (DMARC/SPF/DKIM), retention/archiving, logging/audit trails and operational process.
Some third-party servies - such as Mailchimp and High Level - are *not* compliant when measured against legal standards (that most ignore). The organisation sending email is always responsible for compliance - including consent, content, unsubscribe functionality, record-keeping, and data security. MailChimp (and similar SaaS platforms) will send email through their own infrastructure, meaning the broker does not fully control the mail servers, IP reputation, encryption, logging, or audit trail. In contrast, Microsoft 365 (Graph API) uses the broker's own authenticated mailbox, keeping origin, logging, and security fully under the broker's control, and thus aligning with both Spam Act obligations and APRA/ASIC expectations. Even something as simple as the offshore hosting can conflict with APP or APRA/ASIC expectations if unmitigated.
Microsoft provides compliance mappings, APRA/financial-services checklists, and an Australian-focused privacy/compliance cloud configurations to meet Australian regulator expectations (APRA/ASIC/OAIC). These vendor materials and the ASD Blueprint together are the common evidence pack used in compliance assessments.
Our solution provides brokers with direct control over email delivery, full traceability, and alignment with both regulatory and legislative obligations.
The only email that's ever used by our marketing systems is the same email you use every day.
