It doesn't matter if you're a client of ours or not, you absolutely need to maintain regular backups for those cases *when* (not if) your digital becomes compromised (we had an issue a couple of months back that showed how even the most secure systems are vulnerable to system errors).
Select your website and submit. Done. The website backup is then synced to our secure office servers.
We now perform full off-site backups of all websites on a weekly basis (some charge hundreds a month for this feature). If you're not a client and you're running your own backups, it's important that you not store any backup in a public directory - it isn't secure in any respect (sadly, a common feature of most plugins).
Not a big feature... but a feature nonetheless.
