Clive van Horen, general manager of retail products at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), is being questioned on credit card insurance being sold by CBA to people who couldn’t claim because they didn’t have a job, including those on unemployment benefits, pensioners and students. Recorded on 19 and 20 March 2018 at the Owen Dixon Commonwealth Law Courts Building in Melbourne.
