Anthony Regan, head of financial advice at AMP, is being questioned over AMP charging customers fees without providing any services, misleading the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) about the practice, intervening in an "independent" report produced by law firm Clayton Utz, and other matters related to financial advice within Australia’s biggest wealth manager.
