Tracey Walsh, a 53-year-old Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander woman from Victoria, gives evidence in relation to the Aboriginal Community Benefit Fund (ACBF), a provider of funeral insurance products, including how she believed it was an Aboriginal organisation, and how she paid over A$10,000 for a plan with a maximum benefit of A$8,000.
