5.10 – A Chief Customer Officer from NAB testifies about Superannuation at the Banking Royal Commiss

Andrew Hagger, chief customer officer of the National Australia Bank's wealth and consumer division, returns to the Royal Commission witness stand for the round of public hearings on Superannuation. He is being questioned over NAB delaying telling the corporate regulator about a substantial increase in remediation payments to customers, in order to stop adverse publicity from upsetting an annual results presentation.
