Tim Mullaly, senior executive leader the Australian Securities and Investments Commission's (ASIC) financial services enforcement team, returns to the Banking Royal Commission during the round on Superannuation. He is being questioned over ASIC's disciplinary action on CBA, ANZ and Westpac, and its use of enforceable undertakings instead of civil penalties.
