Nicholas Moore, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie Group, is being questioned over the enforceable undertaking ASIC imposed on Macquarie in 2013 after it uncovered eight potential breaches of the Corporations Act by Macquarie Equities and a potential breach of its financial services licence, and what Macquarie did to fix it.
