Change Your YouTube Presentation Based on Trending or Resolved Website Traffic

You want those marketing assets on the periphery to property represent your brand, but you also want them to be consistent with your trending website traffic or consumer sentiment. For example, with the introduction of a FHB or Investor incentive of some kind you will likely want your broader marketing footprint to reflect this, or direct consumer attention to your expertise in this area. The problem is that you'll probably never bother with what we've just described. A business will rarely update their Facebook or YouTube pages for a number of reasons, of which time is probably top of the list.

The YouTube feature described in this FAQ will automatically alter your YouTube channel presentation based on the trending interest resolved by your website traffic, the big-picture trends identified by Yabber, or by BM before the system has time to identify the change.

Conditional Facebook Branding: Yabber's Facebook module includes a module for defining page-level interest profiles. You will find more in an FAQ titled "Change Your Facebook Banner and Profile Image Based on Trending or Resolved Website Traffic".

Conditional Marketing: Facilities to alter assets such as Facebook, YouTube, and other external resources is something many of your competitors didn't even know was possible. You have a massive advantage. We urge you to take full advantage of all systems in order to support a true marketing funnel experience.

Pending Feature: The Conditional Profile is made up of a banner and Section. To avoid having to update these assets separately (if or when required), we'll build another panel that'll allow you to manually send a Conditional Profile defined by way of this Conditional Module.

You will find the YouTube (Conditional) Automation by following the 'YouTube' icon in the 'Social' module. You will then select the rather obscure 'cog' icon from within the YouTube submenu.

YouTube Conditional Channel

Pictured: You will find the YouTube (Conditional) Automation by following the 'YouTube' icon in the 'Social' module. You will then select the rather obscure 'cog' icon from within the YouTube submenu.

Note that this is an advanced module, as are most conditional features. The feature requires a basic understanding of interest types and our boarder conditional methodologies.

  Creating a Conditional Profile

To define the Conditional Profile, we should first select the applicable interest  from the 'Conditional' panel. Submitting returns a panel where you may define the banner and section that applies when the interest type is resolved. The 'Probable Certainty' is the certainty of the interest type trend required before the interest is applied. In most cases, selecting a lower certainty means that the switch is made earlier than later as a clear trend has to be identified before any type of 'certainty' whatsoever is resolved.

Submitting returns a panel where you may define the banner and section that applies when the interest type is resolved. The 'Probable Certainty' is the certainty of the interest type trend required before the interest is applied.

The last option is used to make the profile active. Once defined, click 'Save'.

  Review and Edit Conditional Profiles

You may review and edit profiles from the 'Review' panel. To review and profile, select the green icon to return an accordion populated with profile data, and to edit a profile, select the 'Edit' icon associated with the record.

YouTube Conditional Review

Pictured: You may review and edit profiles from the 'Review' panel. To review and profile, select the green icon to return an accordion populated with profile data, and to edit a profile, select the 'Edit' icon associated with the record.

To disable a Conditional Profile, use the toggle switch associated with the record.

  Identified Trends

As consistent trends are resolved in traffic or general consumer sentiment, the profile will be applied and maintained for at least 24 hours. When the trend certainty cannot be assured, we will revert back to the default assets as defined.
