This is obviously just an example image. It's one of about a dozen different image formats that are automatically created whenever a cash rate decision is made. This particular style is called simply 'RBA Basic' and it's the least impressive of all images created by Yabber, but it's also one we've just pushed into our *free* industry website plugin.
It's worth noting that once a cash rate decision is made, a large number of images are pushed to your Vista (Outlook) social media calendar. You're then able to remove those images that aren't required and schedule the preferred media back to selected social networks.
A version of this image is created for all active partners before it's sent to them via email.
