This is kind of like Schrodinger's cat. He's simultaneously going up and down the stairs at the same time... until you decide for yourself. Your initial response is said to illustrate personality type (via that right/left brain mumbo jumbo). For me, it's just another tool that illustrates how different conclusions can be drawn based on the same data.
